Questions & Answers

1. What classes run in the NASCAR Youth Series? 

          The NASCAR Youth Series runs 14 classes: 

                - Red Rookie (first step in rookie racing before you move onto competitive classes)

                - Blue Rookie (last step in rookie racing before you move onto competitive classes)

                - Junior Honda (drivers under 9 years old with a Honda 120 motor)

                - Senior Honda (drivers over 9 years old with a Honda 120 motor)

                - Heavy Honda (drivers over 9 years old & over 100 lbs with a Honda 120 motor)

                - Junior 160 (drivers under 9 years old with a Honda 160 motor)

                - Light 160 (drivers over 9 years old with a Honda 160 motor)

                - Heavy 160 (drivers over 9 years old & over 100 lbs with a Honda 160 motor)

                - Junior Animal (drivers under 9 years old with an Animal motor)

                - Senior Animal (drivers over 9 years old with an Animal motor)

                - Unrestricted Animal (drivers over 9 years old & over 100 lbs with an Animal motor)

                - Light World Formula (drivers over 9 years old & a year completed out of rookie with a World Formula motor)

                - Heavy World Formula (drivers over 9 years old, over 100 lbs & a year completed out of rookie with a World.                          Formula motor)

                - Modified World Formula (drivers over 10 years old & a year completed out of rookie with a Modified                                      World Formula motor)
