The Junior Animal Dirt Champion from Palmerton, Pennsylvania had high hopes for this 2024 season, pushing for top 5 in national points. However, he was able to do that in all three of his classes - the Junior Animal Dirt championship was just the cherry on top!
Carter has impressively collected 109 career feature wins to date. His passions this season have been racing with his friends, and sharing knowledge with young racers.
